Zuhl owns Pac Rim Associates, an automotive parts manufacturer’s representative company, Up North Adventures, and Tried and True Builders, LLC. As previously announced, in July 2001, Big Buck granted a licence to Up North Adventures to use the company’s intellectual property, to import, sell and distribute the company’s products, and to open and operate the company’s restaurants, in Japan, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. Zuhl beneficially owns approximately 5.2% of the company’s common stock.


Yee has served as a Director of Wayne County Employees’ Retirement System (WCERS) since February 1997. Prior to that he was WCERS’ Deputy Director for six years. He also served as Wayne County’s Risk Manager, Chief Labour Relations Analyst, Director of Administration for Personnel as well as other professional level positions during his 28 year career. WCERS beneficially owns approximately 38.4% of the company’s common stock.


Provenzano is the president and a shareholder of Columbia Construction Services. He is also the president and a shareholder of Supreme Heating and Supply Co, Inc. Columbia beneficially owns less than 1% of the company’s common stock.
