Joseph P. Micatrotto, chairman, President and CEO of restaurant chain BUCA, has announced the appointment of John Little as a divisional VP of operations.

Micatrotto said: “Little a great fit for Buca di Beppo. Not only is he excited about what he does, but John also has an expertise in training and motivating team members to ensure quality service and the highest level of guest satisfaction while maintaining an eye on sales, costs and operational procedures.”
Prior to joining the Minneapolis-based Buca di Beppo, Little served as a regional manager for Boston Market. He is currently completing an intensive training program during which he will be “completely immersed in the restaurant”.
“As I’ve indicated, additions to our operational ranks are important to us as we look to the growth we have scheduled for 2002 and beyond. As we grow, we’ll meet the need for professional operations personnel through both internal and external candidates,” said Micatrotto.
