US fastfood chain Burger King has announced that it has promoted Jim Hyatt to lead its US franchise operations as senior vice president, reporting directly to CEO Brad Blum.
Pam Long has been promoted to vice president of operations excellence, assuming many of Hyatt’s previous responsibilities.
Burger King said Hyatt’s promotion is part of a comprehensive effort to align the company’s corporate leadership with the operating needs of the chain’s franchisees and their restaurants.
