The company said Chidsey has previously served as chief executive of Cendant Corp’s vehicle services division and its financial services division.


Chidsey is to report to Brad Blum, Burger King’s chief executive, and will be responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, information technology and risk management, reported Reuters.
