Streitberger has more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including ten years with Brinker Int and two years with The Cheesecake Factory Inc. Jerry Hennessy, co-CEO commented: “We are very pleased to have Bill join our executive team at this critical stage of the company’s growth.”
The company also announced the appointment of Louis Mucci as a director. Mucci retired as a partner in the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he served as retail chairman for the West Region and was a member of the firm’s National Retail Executive Committee.
New sites in Texas
The company has also executed leases on sites in Addison, Texas and Webster, Texas. The Addison restaurant will be about 7,300ft². The Webster restaurant will be about 10,000ft². Both sites are expected to open within five to eight months.
