US packaged food company ConAgra Foods has announced that it has appointed Frank Sklarsky as its new executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective 1 December.

Sklarsky, who will report to chairman and chief executive officer Bruce Rohde, joins ConAgra Foods from DaimlerChrysler where he was vice president, product finance and most recently vice president, corporate financial control.
ConAgra Foods’ brands include ACT II, Butterball, Fleischmann’s, Healthy Choice, Kid Cuisine, Lunch Makers and Slim Jim.
