St. Paul, Minn-based Ecolab, a global developer and marketer of products and services for the hospitality industry, has announced a regular quarterly cash dividend of US$0.135 per common share.
The firm’s board of directors declared that the dividend will be paid on 15 October 2002 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 17 September 2002.
Ecolab said that it has paid cash dividends on its common stock for 65 consecutive years.
