USA/FINLAND: Kraft Food gains control over Finnish snack company
Kraft Foods International , a unit of Philip Morris , has acquired full control over Finnish snack company Oy Estrella after buying the remaining 50% stake from Finnish firm, Paulig . Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but the acquisition strengthens Kraft Food's position as the largest salty snacks producer in the Nordic area.
