Dallas-based distribution giant Fleming Companies has declared a quarterly dividend of two cents per share of common stock.
The company, which also operates 109 retail stores under the Food4Less and Rainbow Foods banners, added that the dividend is payable on 10 September 2002, to shareholders on record on 20 August 2002.
