USA: Fresh America under Nasdaq threat that it could be delisted
Fresh produce distribution company Fresh America Corp has requested a hearing following notification form Nasdaq's national market that the company could be delisted. According to the New York stock exchange, Fresh America failed to provide the required Form 10-K. Company officials insist however that there are "numerous factors to support [Fresh America's] position that its common stock should continue to be listed."
