This represents a promotion for Jackson from his previous role as vice president of global sales. He remains accountable to Galaxy CEO Michael E. Broll.


Jackson will also join Galaxy Nutritional Foods’ new executive leadership team along with the chief financial officer, Salvatore Furnari, and vice president of operations, Thomas J. Perno.
