Minneapolis-based General Mills has partnered with citrus marketing cooperative Sunkist to develop a new line of Sunkist Fruit Snacks.


Available in three flavours, Mixed Fruit, Orange Lemon Lime and Strawberry, the Sunkist Fruit Snacks are made with real fruit juice and provides 100% of the daily recommended value of vitamin C.


Annie Zipfel, marketing manager for Sunkist Fruit Snacks at General Mills, said: “Knowing that at least one-fourth of all fruit snacks are eaten by people older than 13, we’re thrilled to bring an all-family fruit snack to consumers.”


Mario Kahn, director of Trademark Licensing for Sunkist, added: “Sunkist Fruit Snacks are an exciting new way for us to bring the Sunkist brand to families across the US.”
