Instead of relying on preservatives like sodium lactate, potassium lactate, and sodium diacetate to process the Bread Ready line, the company will use controlled water pressure to eradicate bacteria and inhibit the growth of organisms that cause spoilage.
Sealed packages are placed in a chamber and surrounded by water, while extreme pressure is applied to the package, breaking down bacteria and pathogens.
