Kansas City-based Interstate Bakeries Corporation, the largest wholesale baking company in the US, has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.07 per share on its common stock.
The company’s board of directors added that the dividend is payable 1 May 2002, to stockholders of record at the close of business on 15 April 2002.
