Kraft said Deromedi’s direct reports will go to chairman Louis Camilleri pending Deromedi’s return. The company did not give a time frame for his return.


In December Kraft announced it had made Deromedi the company’s only chief executive officer. Deromedi had previously shared the role of chief executive with Betsy Holden.
