Northfield, Ill.-based branded food giant Kraft Food yesterday [Tuesday] declared a regular quarterly dividend of US$0.13 per common share of Class A and Class B stock.
The company’s board of directors commented that the dividend will be payable on 5 April 2002, to stockholders of record as of 15 March 2002.
