USA: Kraft Foods names Firestone to succeed Collier in 2004
US food company Kraft Foods has announced that Calvin J. Collier, senior vice president and general counsel, Kraft Foods North America, and corporate secretary, Kraft Foods, has decided to retire in early 2004.
US food company Kraft Foods has announced that Calvin J. Collier, senior vice president and general counsel, Kraft Foods North America, and corporate secretary, Kraft Foods, has decided to retire in early 2004.
Collier will be succeeded by Marc Firestone, currently senior vice president and general counsel of Philip Morris International. Firestone will begin the transition to his new assignment in August 2003 as senior vice president and associate general counsel, reporting to Collier.
