USA: Krispy Kreme announces retirement of executive
Struggling US doughnut chain Krispy Kreme has announced that John McAleer is to retire from his position as executive vice president, concept development, effective 30 September 2005 to pursue personal interests.
Struggling US doughnut chain Krispy Kreme has announced that John McAleer is to retire from his position as executive vice president, concept development, effective 30 September 2005 to pursue personal interests.
McAleer, who will also resign as a member of the company’s board of directors, had worked for Krispy Kreme for 24 years.
The company, which gave no word on McAleer’s replacement, currently operates around 370 factory stores and 50 satellite stores in the US, Australia, Canada, Mexico, South Korea and the UK.
