Six women stand to receive US$5m each, plus varying amounts for emotional distress, after they were sexually harassed by a store director of Ralphs Grocery Co., a subsidiary of US supermarket giant Kroger.

The jury from the San Diego Superior Court, California, decided on Friday to order Cincinnati-based Kroger to pay out a total of US$30.6m to the women, who alleged that the harassment took place between 1987 and 2000.
