The terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but Jim Dintaman, CEO of NICC, stated: “The deal greatly improves our ability to expand distribution in this important market while leveraging synergies with our existing operations.
“We are committed to having the best Direct Store Delivery network in the ice cream industry. Our company-owned operations and our preferred distributor partners bring enhanced value to our customers and consumers through superior service as well as superior products.”
