Donahue is currently a principal at AlixPartners, a consulting firm that specialises in financial restructuring and operational performance improvement. Prior to this appointment, Donahue had served in senior executive and leadership positions for multiple successful restructurings.


Donahue replaces Wynn A. Willard, who joined the company in May 2003.
