Seattle Coffee Company (SCC), parent company of Seattle’s Best Coffee® and Torrefazione Italia® Coffee and a subsidiary of AFC Enterprises, has entered into an agreement with Ralphs Supermarkets to sell both its brands of specialty coffees in 333 Ralphs Supermarkets throughout northern and southern California.

Under the agreement, Seattle’s Best Coffee will offer a selection of fresh, hot coffee by the cup, ground, self-serve bulk coffee and packaged whole bean coffee in 333 Ralphs Supermarkets. Select stores will operate espresso kiosks. Torrefazione Italia Coffee packaged blends will be in 150 stores.
Seattle’s Best Coffee and Torrefazione Italia Coffee products are now available in Ralphs Supermarkets. Seattle’s Best Coffee, Torrefazione Italia Coffee and Ralphs Supermarkets will work together on cross-merchandising and new promotions.

Seattle’s Best Coffee’s most popular Coffee House Blends will be available in fresh roasted, 12-ounce packages, including Seattle’s Best Blend®, Henry’s Blend®, Post Alley Blend®, Saturday’s Blend®, Breakfast Blend, and 6th Avenue Bistro® Blend.

Torrefazione Italia Coffee a super premium specialty brand has eight blends representing distinct regions in Italy. Each region has its own special roasting and blending preference. Lighter roasts are found in the northern cities, while Italians in the south prefer a darker roast.
