In this capacity, Jackson is responsible for all Corporate Insurance, including Liability, Workers’ Compensation and Employee Benefits.

Jackson began her career at Stater Bros. as a temporary employee in 1975. She was steadily promoted and worked as a Receptionist, Secretary, Claims Manager and most recently Director of Insurance Administration.
In addition, she has consistently continued her education, completing classes offered by the Insurance Educational Association as well as Certificate Programs at the University of California, Riverside in Risk Management and Workers’ Compensation Administration.
Jackson is also a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC) Food Industry Executive Program and is presently enrolled at the University of Redlands working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Jackson resides in Loma Linda, California.
