The extra 50% stake in Santee was acquired from US grocery retailer Kroger, California-based Stater Bros said, without providing financial details.


Santee Dairies produces Knudsen Milk and Buttermilk products in Southern California and also produces milk products for Stater Bros Markets, Ralphs Grocery Company, Bristol Farms, Gelson’s, and other independent supermarket retailers.
