In a bid to resolve regulatory conflict surrounding its latest acquisition, Suiza Foods Corp. has revealed that it will sell five additional dairy plants.
Suiza, the biggest dairy in the US, will now sell a total of 11 manufacturing plants to National Dairy Holdings in order to go ahead with its planned US$2.5bn purchase of Dean Foods Co..
