The wholesale distribution facility was among the operations recently acquired by Vermont-based C&S Wholesale from bankrupt grocery retailer and distributor Fleming, reported the Associated Press.
This week C&S sold its Midwest Fleming operations to Supervalu, while Supervalu sold its New England operations to C&S.
