Californian casual dining restaurant chain The Cheesecake Factory has opened two new outlets this week.
The company opened its 53rd Cheesecake Factory restaurant on 9 September. The 10,800ft² site is in Summerlin, Nevada. Additionally, the 54th Cheesecake Factory restaurant opened in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, yesterday [Thursday].
“Successfully opening two highly customised and operationally complex Cheesecake Factory restaurants within three days of each other is a significant achievement for our company,” said David Overton, chairman and CEO. “This clearly demonstrates the quality and depth of our restaurant opening and operations teams, and gives us continuing confidence in our ability to successfully execute our future expansion plan.”
