This newest partnership brings the family held Company’s total number of stores slated to open in the next two years to 100 in this region alone.

The first Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf store in Brunei is scheduled to open in May 2001 in the kingdom’s capital Bandar Seri Begawan. The 1,500 sq.ft. store will be located at the entrance to the prestigious Centerpoint Hotel, the hub of international business visits to Brunei. It will feature The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s familiar and inviting oak wood decor, a patio for relaxing al fresco and the full line of signature beverages, whole bean coffees and teas.
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has signed an agreement with Par Foods Sdn. Bhd., a Brunei based company owned by Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Amal Rakiah, sister to the Sultan of Brunei.
