Sugar processor United States Sugar Corporation has announced that Robert H Buker will become president and CEO upon the retirement of Robert A Dolson.

Last month, Dolson announced his intention to retire at the end of his five-year commitment to the board. Buker is currently executive vice president, responsible for all sugar operations.
“Bob Buker has the complete support of both the board and the entire management team leading the company,” said chairman William S White. “This is a clear signal from the Board of Directors that we have strong senior leadership on the management team and that we want to maintain that strength in the future.””
“Bill White and the Board of Directors have made it clear that their goal is to maintain the current leadership team intact in order to effectively complete these important projects over the next several years. In other words, to stay on course, on time and on budget as well as looking for future opportunities,” Buker said.
