US organic and natural foods retailer has posted fourth-quarter net profit of US$2.6m, compared with a loss of $2.8m in the year-ago period. The Colorado-based company said sales were down slightly to $221.8m from $222.1m in the fourth quarter of 2001. The company also said it plans to open ten stores in 2003, between 15 and 20 stores in 2004 and between 20 and 25 stores in 2005, reported Reuters.
