US food retailer Winn-Dixie Stores has announced the appointment of Steve Kinishi as director of produce operations, reporting to Dennis Hanley, vice president, produce and floral operations.

Kinishi previously held the position of vice president of produce merchandising for Dominick’s Finer Foods, a division of US supermarket firm Safeway.
