The Bien Hoa Biscuit & Candy Joint StockCo (Bibica) revealed that it is to sell 5% of its registered capital, amounting to 325,460 shares, to the Vietnam Frontier Fund (VFF).
Bibica, which expects net profit of VND11.4bn (US$755,000) this year, has posted sales of over VND73bn for the first four months of this year.
