Walkers Shortbread wants to cash in on growing demand for gluten-free products in the UK and is launching a line of gluten-free shortbread.

The line-up consists of gluten-free pure butter shortbread, chocolate chip shortbread and ginger and lemon shortbread. The range will be produced using a specialist flour blend and has received the certified accreditation from Coeliac UK, the company said.
