Filipino conglomerate Monde Nissin is reportedly set to acquire Australian food group Menora Foods.
According to the Australian press, Menora, which owns and distributes a number of brands across the bakery, dips and dairy markets, could sell for around A$55m (US$44.5m).
Menora distributes brands including Chobani and Bonne Maman.
No one from Menora responded to requests for comment. Monde Nissin could not be reached for comment.
