Artisan cheese maker Sartori Co. has launched a citrus ginger BellaVitano cheese which will be available at speciality cheese shops across the US from next month.
Sartori Reserve Citrus Ginger BellaVitano will begin shipping to stores on 2 February. Additionally, it was made available on the Sartori online cheese shop (www.sartoricheese.com) yesterday (11 January).
