The company also said Michael Polk, group vice president of Kraft Foods North America and president of biscuit, snacks and confections, is leaving the company. Polk was named senior vice president of marketing and chief operating officer of Unilever Bestfoods North America, Unilever said.
Kraft said Polk would be succeeded by Daryl Brewster, who had been president of Kraft Foods North America’s Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico operations.
