US cereal maker Kellogg has announced that Lawrence Pilon has resigned from his position as executive vice president, human resources.

Kellogg said it had promoted Annunciata Cerioli to vice president, human resources. Cerioli, who has worked for Kellogg for more than 13 years, has served in executive leadership positions in Italy, Spain and Australia.
She will now report directly to CEO Carlos Gutierrez and become a member of the company’s executive management committee.
