Gerald S. Lord is to become vice president, finance and strategy, for Campbell North America, the company’s new division. He will report to Mark Sarvary, president of Campbell North America. Lord has served as vice president and controller of Campbell Soup since 1996.


Anthony P. DiSilvestro, who has been managing director of Campbell International since 2002, is to succeed Lord as vice president and controller of Campbell Soup. He will report to Robert Schiffner, chief financial officer.
