Olive oil producer Olea Australis Limited has announced that its managing director, Chris Perrott has tendered his resignation from his position on the Board and as an executive of the group.

“Mr Perrott believes that having substantially achieved his goal of restructuring the group now wishes to seek new challenges elsewhere,” the company said in an announcement to the financial markets.
