Mangan has served as senior vice president and CFO of The Black & Decker Corporation since 2000. Prior to joining Black & Decker, he was executive vice president and CFO of The Ryland Group for five years.
 
McCormick chairman, president and CEO Robert Lawless said: “We are very pleased to have Mr Mangan join our board.
