Tesco has stayed quiet on its plans to expand in the US next year, amid speculation it has secured its first site in Las Vegas.
Rumours that Tesco would be launching convenience stores in Vegas first appeared in August.
The company told just-food today: “We want consumers to be first to see the stores and will stay tight-lipped until they open in 2008.”
