CoolBrands has announced that its subsidiary, Eskimo Pie Frozen Distribution, has entered into definitive agreements to sell its ‘direct store door’ frozen distribution assets in Florida, California, Oregon and Washington to Southwest Traders for a net consideration of approximately US$5m.
