Pasta maker American Italian Pasta Company has announced that Timothy S Webster, co-chief executive officer, has resigned his employment with the company and his membership on its board of directors, both effective 4 December 2005.

The company also announced that Jim Fogarty of Alvarez & Marsal, who has been serving as co-chief executive officer since 29 September 2005, has been designated chief executive officer of the company effective immediately.
