The company also announced that Jim Fogarty of Alvarez & Marsal, who has been serving as co-chief executive officer since 29 September 2005, has been designated chief executive officer of the company effective immediately.


In October the company announced that it had determined that certain of its historical financial statements should no longer be relied upon.
