The acquisition will not affect any of CCA’s current investment programmes or any its current 300 staff.
The present owners, Martin and Thomas Angehrn, will remain in charge of a delivered wholesale food operation that supplies foodservice and local retailers across the country. For Migros, the deal will complement the existing home bulk delivery network of Migros Scana SA.
