“These are the first Camembert products anywhere that are made to be served hot,” marketing manager Jérôme Goulard told just-food at the international Paris food show SIAL. “French consumers have latched on to the idea and it is something of a talking point at dinner parties.”


Packaged in a ceramic dish, the Camembert Fondue needs just 15 minutes in a hot oven before diners can attack the crumb topping to reach the melted Calvados-rinsed cheese inside.
