P.A. Fine Foods lost a total of 1,349 sandwiches in the raid. “That’s a lot,” commented local manager Dave Harper. Police are now seeking to uncover a black market in sub sandwiches.
The thieves forced entry into a delivery truck and stole “large amounts of assorted food,” including 499 pieces of beef jerky and 28 boxes of chocolate bars.
