According to a state filing, the company intends to close outlets in Deltona, Jacksonville, Largo, Pembroke Pines, Pensacola, Tallahassee and West Palm Beach. The company plans to have completed this latest round of closures by the end of August.
Since filing for bankruptcy in February 2005, the supermarket chain has closed more than 300 stores across the US.
