Bubble gum and trading cards manufacturer The Topps Company has urged shareholders to vote in favour of Topps’ directors as company board members, instead of three nominees from hedge fund Pembridge Capital Management.
Topps stated that the Pembridge nominees are less qualified than Topps’ director nominees, have no relevant experience, and very little business experience at all.
