UK sugar and sweetener firm Tate & Lyle has announced that US agribusiness giant Archer Daniels Midland Company has sold off its interest in the company.
ADM had previously reported an interest in 27,872,173 ordinary shares in Tate & Lyle which was 5.74% of the ordinary share capital of the company.
