Pets Choice’s portfolio includes the brands Webbox, Bob Martin, Felight, TastyBone and B-Calm.

In a statement, Lancashire-headquartered Pets Choice said it wanted to “grow its share of the premium and advanced nutrition sectors”.

The deal will allow Pets’ Kitchen “to concentrate on the development of their clinical veterinary practices under their Vet’s Klinic brand”, the statement added.
